The building has been redeveloped into a Retail-Design Centre, specialising in product relating to the interior/finishes side of the construction industry and includes:
- Exhibiting produce (furniture/tiles/taps/lights etc.) taking orders and arranging deliveries etc.
- A cafe (and the client is hoping for a bookshop).
- The possibility of holding exhibitions on design and/or functions in relation to design competitions.
